Thirty minutes, ₹500, and a plan in writing
Everything about the process is set out below — what happens, what it costs, what it does not cover, and how to get your money back if you change your mind.
Four steps, no surprises
The whole process is designed so that nothing about it is unclear before you pay.
2 minutes
Choose a time
Pick video or WhatsApp, then a slot that suits you. Payment is ₹500 — the slot is held while you check out.
5 minutes
Share your history
A short guided intake covers your complaint, digestion, sleep and current medication. Upload reports if you have them.
30 minutes
Meet Dr. Patel
He opens the call having already read your intake, so the time goes into understanding the pattern rather than form-filling.
Within 24 hours
Receive your care plan
A written plan of foods to favour and avoid, herbs with dosage and timing, and a daily routine. Yours to keep and download.
What the fee covers — and what it does not
Stated plainly, because the most common complaint about online health services is discovering the boundary after paying.
Included
- A 30-minute consultation, video or WhatsApp
- Constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalance assessment
- Review of your history, reports and current medication
- A written care plan: diet, herbs, dosage and daily routine
- One follow-up message within seven days
- Your records kept in your dashboard permanently
Not included
- Herbal formulations — bought from a pharmacy of your choosing
- Laboratory investigations, if any are needed
- In-person Panchakarma procedures at a therapy centre
- Emergency or acute care of any kind
We do not sell herbs. Prescriptions name the formulation and let you buy it wherever you prefer — this removes the incentive to over-prescribe.
Video or WhatsApp?
Same doctor, same fee, same care plan. The difference is only whether you are seen.
Video consultation
Google Meet
Being able to see your skin, tongue, eyes and general bearing adds real diagnostic information. This is the default recommendation for a first consultation.
- Meet link emailed immediately after payment
- Calendar invite with a reminder
- Screen sharing for reports
- Needs a stable connection and a quiet ten minutes
WhatsApp consultation
Voice or chat
Suited to follow-ups, or to a first consultation when your connection is unreliable or you would simply rather talk than be seen.
- Dr. Patel calls your registered number at the slot time
- Photographs of reports can be sent in advance
- Works on a weak connection
- No visual examination
One fee. Every consultation.
₹500 whether it is your first visit or your fifth, video or WhatsApp, twenty minutes or forty-five. Herbs, if prescribed, are bought from a pharmacy of your choosing — we do not sell them.

Full termsThe questions we are asked most
If something is still unclear, ask before paying — not after.
Start with one honest conversation
Thirty minutes, ₹500, and a written plan at the end of it. If Ayurveda is not the right route for your condition, Dr. Patel will tell you that too.
Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead
